You can send the products you have purchased to us free of charge via 

UPS Company for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving them.

If you want to return/exchange a product, you can create a request on our "My Orders" page after signing in. When sending back your product, make sure that it is unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging, and with the tags attached. Be sure to include your order number while packaging your product. Otherwise, your product will be sent back to you. Be aware that your refund request is not accepted in case of any deformations caused by user error. For this reason, please check our washing and care instructions.

THE REFUND 

Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take up to 10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.

SHIPPING

European Orders: Our delivery time is 5-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. We deliver our shipments with UPS.
Intercontinental Orders: Our delivery time is 7-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. We deliver our shipments with UPS.

TAXES & DUTY 

You are ordering from a territory outside the European Union, the prices shown will exclude customs duty taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for the payment of all import taxes and customs duties levied by the territory where you receive the products.
